New Drink: The 5 o clock Tea-ni
Sip an Earl Grey bag of tea for 4 to 6 minutes in the vodka while waiting for the Boston to get well chilled.
Wash the ice with just an "in and out" of Noilly Prat vermuth.
Pour the elaborated vodka in the boston and stir it 20 times quite fast, but not too much.
Serve it in frosty cold cocktail glasses with a peel of "cedro" from Sicily, and just a hint of lemon twist.
Enjoy it when the sunset is orange and you're feeling relaxed with a good friend.
