Spaghetti alla Marinara on a sunny terrace. (tutorial)

While the water boils let's prepare the Marinara sauce.

Put some extra virgin oil in a pan with longitudinal cut garlic, chili pepper and anchovies (spanish ones are the sweetest and the best).

When the anchovies and the garlic are done pour the tomatoes,

then add a lot of origano.
Almost done.

Get the spaghetti in the boiling water, cook very AL DENTE,

then pour the pasta in the pan with the sauce and skip it adding a little of the cooking water.
The (italian) job is done.

Go to the next sunny terrace on a springy milanese day of March, avoid the wind and...
Buon appetito!
